I've got someone who was willing to offer help in creating an installer for the clothes, we've yet to see how this would work. gfx files are from the portrait DLC, if someone without the DLC installs them, they won't actually get any of the portraits from the DLC just a file edited that makes the red robes possible for that particular culture, the actual graphics aren't there though. Unless of course, all portrait DLCs become a requirement. gfx files from all portrait DLCs has to be included, lest some cultures not have the robes whilst others do. It's Paradox policy to make sure that any mod content that features content from DLC make that DLC a requirement, and the (edited). The problem with them is that there needs to be a way to install them that checks which portrait DLCs a user has installed, since many people have at least 1 portrait DLC missing. Which parts of this mod were you looking to add? Cool, you're always welcome to do so, just give the credit.
